Like Wilson, your bear, I’m perfect in my own way. Everybody is. People may find me creepy, whatever, I’m perfect in my own way. I’m fantastic. I like things with a little bit of a creepiness to them. I think creepiness is beautiful in its own way. People may not see that or accept that.
For many years I tried to be like everyone else in the art world and I finally decided to just be me. I try to be the best I can be and do what I love and still do the creepiness factor.
I have some stuffed animals and creepy dolls at home. They remind me to be who you are, who cares what people think, and to keep moving forward.
