“Working as a fundraiser canvassing is a huge part of my life. I do it full-time. I didn’t realize that this was a position you could actually get paid for. That you could make a living working for these girls in the developing worlds and fighting for them. I love it. It is so inspiring being out here working for this organization fighting to get girls into these classrooms. It is really important work. I love it. It is a huge driving force in my life.
Most of my friends are working at this organization. We are a very tight knit group. It is an amazing thing. Not only is it my livelihood but it is my livelihood that I care about. I am also sponsoring one of the children so I get to write them letters and stuff, it is really great. It is my entire life, almost.
