Perfect Reject Stories made the Headlines in Sandusky Ohio

Perfect Reject Stories made the headlines in The Sandusky Register

The Sandusky Register wrote a feature article on me in their “Showcase” section on 10/28/2016!

I was in Sandusky Ohio visiting a dear friend Marsha Carrington, who was celebrating the one year anniversary of her gallery Carrington Arts. While there I decided to interview some people for Perfect Reject Stories and it took off ! I did a run of the stories on my website, Instagram and Facebook accounts for over a week.

Just to mention a few of the people that I met and interviewed:  Alysia Gilliam who started Crystal Tower Women’s & Children’s Shelter, Robin M Hudnall, the owner of 546 Tattoo Studio and Richie Robles Webber who started Fight For Recovery.

Michelle Pletcher, the journalist for The Sandusky Register did a great job of interviewing me and the paper’s videographer Jilly Burns captured some stellar highlights of me talking about my interviewing techniques. The article can be viewed here and the video on YouTube and can be seen here.

This has inspired me to go to smaller cities across the US to gather stories and celebrate diversity. I started a GoFundMe to help with travel expenses. I’m calling it Perfect Reject Stories USA.
