Don’t let any type of limitation affect you

Five years ago I was hit by a drunk driver. Every bone in my body was broken. I’ve had two facial reconstructive surgeries. And I am a model. It’s inspired me to alway look for optimism and be optimistic. Don’t let any type of limitation affect you. Your positive energy is contagious. Just like negative energy is contagious.

They said I would never be able to walk again and if I did walk I would walk with a limp. I’ve managed to beat all that. I use to be an athlete. I wouldn’t be able to do the same things I used to do. I used to run track and all that good stuff. I’m able to run, play basketball. I fight through it. I’m pretty much able to do everything that I was able to do before, not on the same caliber, but still, I can do it.

I do have a stuffed animal. It used to always be on my grandma’s bed. A pink little dog. It was super soft. When my grandma passed away they asked what type of things you guys want from your grandma. I kept the stuffed animal. It’s at my moms house. I liked it because it was super soft and it reminded me of my grandma. Her smell and her bed. It’s a little reminder of her. It’s a little piece of her that I always have.
