Urgent Action Needed to Help Nosey the elephant! – Learn more about Nosey here
Please call and write the USDA to deny the renew of the license of Hugo Liebel, the owner of Nosey.

11/15/15 WE MUST KEEP THE PRESSURE ON! EVERY PHONE CALL AND EMAIL COUNTS! IF YOU GET DAVID SACKS ON THE PHONE, TELL HIM WHAT YOU EXPECT THE USDA TO DO BECAUSE THE RENEWAL DATE FOR NOSEY’S USDA LICENSE IS FAST APPROACHING (January 31, 2016) and signing off could happen any day!
Dr. Chester Gipson and his co-horts at the USDA need to hear from each & every one of us BEFORE they renew and sign off on another year of Nosey’s license. For Nosey that will mean more suffering as she will be forced to continue giving rides and performing circus tricks. Please call Dr. Gipson at 301-734-4978, and urge him to deny renewal of Nosey’s USDA license.

Each of the nearly 200 citations separately might not be significant but for any one individual to amass that many violations suggests that Mr. Liebel chooses not to accept the responsibilities inherent to holding a license.”

By continuing to disregard the law, Hugo Liebel is having a hugely negative impact on Nosey’s health and well-being. He is causing Nosey to suffer physically and psychologically. The longer Nosey suffers, the greater the risk to the general public becomes!
You have a responsibility to ensure that you do not allow this to continue any longer.
I implore you, please do not renew Hugo Liebel’s license!
